The Leadership Program at Or HaNer was founded during the Swords of Iron war in direct response to the needs of the Gaza Envelope communities. Our mission is to support the rehabilitation of these communities, strengthen the surrounding settlements, and cultivate a new generation of young leaders committed to the long-term well-being of their land and people. This inspiring program instills in participants a deep sense of identity, purpose, and belonging.
