The ‘Hadar’ Leadership Academy at Kibbutz Sufa brings the vision of Ein Prat to the rich landscape of the Gaza Envelope region. The academy’s mission is to strengthen the communities of the southern Gaza Envelope, and foster meaningful connections between participants, their families, and local residents from surrounding agricultural settlements and development towns. Here, participants encounter the complexities of life alongside simplicity, within the community and among the group, through daily acts of service combined with deep learning.
