The Leadership Program at Bror Hayil brings together a true cross-section of Israeli society, fostering a space where participants from all walks of life engage in shared growth and development. As a newly established program, it offers participants a rare opportunity to shape its vision and meaning alongside the academy staff. Together, they are actively creating a program that blends social action, Zionist and Jewish studies, and a dynamic group experience.
